The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and use during your visit to our website and facebook page is an important concern for us. Your data is protected in accordance with legal regulations. Below you will find information on what data is recorded during your visit by us and how it is used.
 

Any access to our website and any retrieval of a file deposited on the website are logged. Data is stored for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Details of that logged: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, transmitted data volume, message of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. Further personal data will only be collected if you provide this information voluntarily, for example in the context of a request or registration.

As far as you have provided us personally identifiable information, we use it only to answer your queries and processing your application, to process contracts concluded with you, and to perform technical administration. Your personal data are only passed on to third parties or otherwise communicated if this is necessary for the purposes of contract or application process - in particular the disclosure of your applicant profile to customers – or if this is required for billing purposes or you have previously consented. You have the right at any time to revoke a given consent with effect for the future. The deletion of the stored personal data takes place, if you withdraw your consent to the storage, if their knowledge to meet the purpose of the storage is no longer necessary, or when their storage for other legal reasons is inadmissible.

These are small text files that the website sends to the user's browser and which are stored on their PCs to store them there as an anonymous identifier. The purpose of these cookies is, for example, to identify a user as a legitimate user during the duration of their use of the website.
